Avara conducted this project in a high retail traffic and residential area, which required a large coordination effort for concrete trenching and disruptive work to avoid affecting the neighboring businesses and residents. This 4,800 SF space included extensive custom work with two tasting bars, one back bar, a glass wine cellar, private club room, and a large banquet area.

Note the incredible finishes and lighting chosen by Alexandria herself. Other details of the space include finished wood casework, clear aluminum sectional doors, flat steel and wood clouds, polished concrete floors, specialty wall treatments, and custom restroom fixtures.
