Avara updated the 7500 sq ft space to accommodate Clubhouse Golf Center’s unique needs. This full scale tenant improvement project included pre-construction, construction, and construction management.

Our team worked closely with the tenant to accurately plan every detail of the space, and we completed the project on time and exceeded expectations.

Chelsey Openshaw is a CPA with experience serving a variety of clients and industries in the accounting field.

Chelsey Openshaw brings years of experience in accounting, the preparation of financial statements, and a client focused mentality to the Avara Team. Her attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management enable her to lead the operations and accounting functions at Avara. Her experience includes an undergraduate and masters degree in accounting at the University of Washington as well as professional experience as an auditor and financial reporting accountant.

Chelsey Openshaw experience stems from a long list of successful new construction and commercial interior projects.

Chelsey Openshaw a wealth of experience in ground-up construction spanning retail, multi-tenant residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and health & fitness. Jason has nearly 10 years’ succeeding experience as a Project Engineer, and leverages his education and can-do attitude to make sure all of the details are thoughtfully considered throughout the lifecycle of the project.
