Avara conducted a full trade build back tenant improvement project for Comcast Spotlight’s new local headquarters. The space was delivered to us as a vanilla shell space with dense MEP left throughout the building.

We worked on 40,000 SF to create the new headquarters, providing services for pre-construction, construction, and construction management throughout the project. The end result includes a stunning new reception area, open office space with cubicles, dining area, glass meeting rooms, and lounge space.

Chelsey Openshaw is a CPA with experience serving a variety of clients and industries in the accounting field.

Chelsey Openshaw brings years of experience in accounting, the preparation of financial statements, and a client focused mentality to the Avara Team. Her attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management enable her to lead the operations and accounting functions at Avara. Her experience includes an undergraduate and masters degree in accounting at the University of Washington as well as professional experience as an auditor and financial reporting accountant.

Chelsey Openshaw experience stems from a long list of successful new construction and commercial interior projects.

Chelsey Openshaw a wealth of experience in ground-up construction spanning retail, multi-tenant residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and health & fitness. Jason has nearly 10 years’ succeeding experience as a Project Engineer, and leverages his education and can-do attitude to make sure all of the details are thoughtfully considered throughout the lifecycle of the project.
