Avara competed for the new Roosevelt LA Fitness location against a handful of out of state as well as local GCs. Avara was selected for the project based on our comprehensive approach to navigating a complex procurement process, and offering proactive solutions around the sophisticated mechanical and hydronic hot water system requirements.

Through significant mechanical upgrades and an unexpected months-long concrete strike, we were proud to find unique solutions to these challenges and complete this project on time and with excellent results.

The new LA Fitness center is an impressive location we were glad to be part of.
