Locust Cider

Retail

Avara transformed an unused office area into a modern retail space at Market Place in Seattle, WA. The project consisted of complete demolition of the existing conditions and full trade reconstruction of the entire retail floor at Market Place, encompassing 5,800 total SF.

2,200 SF of this space became Locust Cider, a chic new cider bar. To complete the space, our team completed upgrades to MEP, all new finishes, polished concrete floors, NANA Wall installation, wood lat ceiling clouds, service bar, and storefronts.
