The MOZ team recently consolidated their offices at 1111 3rd, and Avara Construction completed the new space with high end finishes and thoughtful design.

Thoughtfully designed by mYamaguchi Architecture, this space consists of a spacious café, meeting rooms, mothers’ room, lounge areas, expansive game room, pre-manufactured ceiling and acoustical clouds, premium grade casework, and MEP upgrades. Other custom finishes include frameless glass doors, QuietRock on all meeting rooms, elevator lobby upgrade, and high-end suspended light fixtures throughout the space.

Chelsey Openshaw brings years of experience in accounting, the preparation of financial statements, and a client focused mentality to the Avara Team. Her attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management enable her to lead the operations and accounting functions at Avara. Her experience includes an undergraduate and masters degree in accounting at the University of Washington as well as professional experience as an auditor and financial reporting accountant.

Chelsey Openshaw experience stems from a long list of successful new construction and commercial interior projects.

Chelsey Openshaw a wealth of experience in ground-up construction spanning retail, multi-tenant residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and health & fitness. Jason has nearly 10 years’ succeeding experience as a Project Engineer, and leverages his education and can-do attitude to make sure all of the details are thoughtfully considered throughout the lifecycle of the project.
