Sweeney Conrad requested competitive proposals for a complete, full-trade build-out of 23,225 square feet at Plaza Yarrow Bay. The project included creating private offices, conference areas, meeting rooms, training room, break room, open office areas, and modernizing MEP systems throughout. Avara was selected over three competitors due to our comprehensive pricing and ability to meet an aggressive schedule. In addition to a tight timeline, we navigated the COVID-19 shutdown. With strict adherence to new safety guidelines, we delivered a build that exceeded expectations. Additional key project features include high-end lighting fixtures, high end finishes, an extensive casework package, glass doors with maglocks, operable walls, polished concrete floors, and acoustical ceilings.
