Avara Construction completed a full trade tenant improvement project for The Wax Bar, which involved a complete update of their 3200 square foot space. Our team provided comprehensive services, including pre-construction, construction, and construction management to ensure a seamless and successful project delivery.

The Wax Bar retail space includes unique modern lighting fixtures that add a contemporary touch to the space. The shelving for products provides ample storage for the business’s inventory, while the waiting area provides a comfortable and welcoming space for customers. Additionally, the secluded rooms are perfect for privacy during services.

Chelsey Openshaw brings years of experience in accounting, the preparation of financial statements, and a client focused mentality to the Avara Team. Her attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management enable her to lead the operations and accounting functions at Avara. Her experience includes an undergraduate and masters degree in accounting at the University of Washington as well as professional experience as an auditor and financial reporting accountant.

Chelsey Openshaw experience stems from a long list of successful new construction and commercial interior projects.

Chelsey Openshaw a wealth of experience in ground-up construction spanning retail, multi-tenant residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and health & fitness. Jason has nearly 10 years’ succeeding experience as a Project Engineer, and leverages his education and can-do attitude to make sure all of the details are thoughtfully considered throughout the lifecycle of the project.
