This project required significant asbestos abatement and demolition to get the space down to a vanilla shell, and full trade build back of the entire space.
To meet tenant deadlines, we separated this project into two phases, completing the first floor and then the second, so that the tenants would be able to move in while the second phase was ongoing. The first floor details of phase one include an open office floorplan, modern upgrades including sleek sliding doors, meeting areas and private rooms, and a kitchen area.
