Avara Construction was responsible for the full trade tenant improvement of a 10,000 square foot space for Tierra Sol. Our team provided both pre-construction and construction services to deliver a project that met the client’s needs and exceeded their expectations.

Notable features of the project are the unique lighting fixture and ceiling details that add a modern and stylish touch to the space. The sleek reception area provides a welcoming and professional atmosphere for visitors and clients, while the spacious design throughout the space creates an open and collaborative work environment for employees.

Chelsey Openshaw brings years of experience in accounting, the preparation of financial statements, and a client focused mentality to the Avara Team. Her attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management enable her to lead the operations and accounting functions at Avara. Her experience includes an undergraduate and masters degree in accounting at the University of Washington as well as professional experience as an auditor and financial reporting accountant.

Chelsey Openshaw a wealth of experience in ground-up construction spanning retail, multi-tenant residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and health & fitness. Jason has nearly 10 years’ succeeding experience as a Project Engineer, and leverages his education and can-do attitude to make sure all of the details are thoughtfully considered throughout the lifecycle of the project.
