Avara completed this 1,800 SF tenant improvement for Tsillan Cellars before the holiday deadline with the help of SkB Architects.
Our team was selected for the project based on our ongoing success at Woodin Creek, and our winery and tasting room experience throughout the area. Avara worked within the strict parameters of mixed use/residential rules and regulations to not impose on residents, tenants, or retail traffic throughout construction.
This project entailed an interior buildout of cold shell space to create seating areas, prep kitchen, private dining areas, wine bar, serving bar, and wine storage. The design includes high end finishes with Tuscan plastered surrounds and curved apertures, stone clad portals, timber beams, custom wood casework, high end light fixtures, gas fireplace, custom serving bar, and custom wood wine bar.
