USI was a 60,000 SF multi floor tenant improvement project in downtown Seattle at Two Union Square. Avara was awarded Phase 1 of the project after an extensive interview process. After completion of the first Phase Avara was selected to complete Phase 2, 3, and 4 for the remainder of the build-out. Each phase consisted of complex demolition of the existing space, and complete full trade build back to upgraded MEP, office design, finishes, ceilings, casework, and furniture. Each phase of the project varied between 6-12 weeks and each phase was delivered to the tenant on time.
