Waldron & Company was a F16,000 square foot full trade Tenant Improvement project at The Norton Building in downtown Seattle. The project consisted of significant demolition of the existing conditions down to the building core & shell. The space was a historical banking location, that Avara transformed into a productive work space, including turning the massive old bank vault into useful office space. Avara worked alongside the tenant and the architect to design build a space that would accommodate Waldron & Company's professional approach and functionality. Avara was leveraged from the budget stages all the way through punch-list and occupancy.
