Avara Construction was chosen to complete a full trade tenant improvement project for Z2 Live, a video game developer based in Seattle. Our team worked closely with Z2 Live to create a new open floor plan office space that would be both functional and stylish.
The 5500 square foot space features modern office design, including meeting areas, private rooms, and a spacious break area. Our team managed every aspect of the project, including pre-construction and construction, to ensure that the final result met all of Z2 Live’s requirements.
